    By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
    - Tuition must be paid in full to Sunflower Chamber Orchestra.
    - No credit or makeup sections will be made to any student for any reason.
    - Tuition will be non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
    - Sitting and sections for participators will be chosen by the music director’s decision.
    - Every participator has to bring her instrument to each section and performance.
    - Rehearsals will take place at Trinity High School River Forest on Tuesdays 8am-9:15am
    - Participators assume full liability and responsibility for damage or loss of her instrument.
    - The SCO is not responsible for any personal injuries that might happen during section practice and performance times.
    - The SCO reserves the right to cancel any event or rehearsal or dismiss any disqualified participators if the terms and conditions of this application are not met.
    - I grant to SCO, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of applicants in connection with the above identified subject.
    - I authorize the SCO, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
    - I agree that SCO may use such photographs of student with or without her name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
    - Tuition is $1000 for 33 sections, September 2, 2025 - May 19, 2025
    - 50% deposit and application must be paid online or sent in by mail to 1514 Lathrop Ave., River Forest IL, 60305 to reserve your slot by July 15, 2025
    - I certify that to the best of my knowledge all information is accurate and complete and agree the terms set above.
