    By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
    - Tuition must be paid in full to Sunflower Chamber Orchestra.
    - No credit or makeup sections will be made to any student for any reason.
    - Tuition will be non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
    - Sitting and sections for participants will be chosen by the music director’s decision.
    - Every participant has to bring their instrument to each section and performance.
    - Rehearsals will take place at Trinity High School, River Forest, on Tuesdays 8am to 9:15am
    - Participants assume full liability and responsibility for damage or loss of their instrument.
    - The SCO is not responsible for any personal injuries that might happen during section practice and performance times.
    - The SCO reserves the right to cancel any event or rehearsal or dismiss any disqualified participants if the terms and conditions of this application are not met.
    - I grant to SCO, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of applicants in connection with the above-identified subject.
    - I authorize the SCO, its assigns, and transferees to copyright use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
    - I agree that SCO may use such photographs of student with or without her name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
    - Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $1000 starting September 1, 2026 
    - 50% deposit and application must be paid online or sent in by mail to 1514 Lathrop Ave., River Forest, IL, 60305 to reserve your slot by August 15, 2026, or/and paid in full by the first rehearsal on September 1st.
    - I certify that to the best of my knowledge all information is accurate and complete and agree to the terms set above.
