    By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
    - Tuition must be paid in full to the Sunflower Chamber Orchestra.
    - No credit or makeup sections will be made to any student for any reason.
    - Tuition will be non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
    - Every participant has to bring their instrument and a lunch or a snack.
    - Workshops will take place at 1514 Lathrop Ave, June 22-25, from 9am-2pm.
    - Participants assume full liability and responsibility for damage or loss of their instrument.
    - The SCO is not responsible for any personal injuries that might happen during section practice and performance times.
    - The SCO reserves the right to cancel the event if there aren't enough participants; in this case, money will be refunded.
    - I grant SCO, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs of applicants in connection with the above-identified subject.
    - I authorize the SCO, its assigns, and transferees to copyright use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
    - I agree that SCO may use such photographs of student with or without her name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.
    - Tuition for the workshop is $475.
    - The application and tuition must be submitted and paid online or by check by June 19, 2026 to reserve your slot.
    - I certify that all information is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge and I agree to the terms set above.
